Time left to complete order

We strive to make your visit to Pittsburgh CLO easy and memorable! Below are a series of topics we hope you’ll find helpful as you plan your visit this summer.

Season Tickets

Q: How do I know what seats are available?
A: Although we seat our renewing CLO Season Ticket Buyers first, we then seat our new Season Ticket Buyers immediately afterward, in date-received order. That’s why it is important for you to give us your first and second choices of seating location when placing your order. Then our Ticket Department will contact you to fulfill your request with the best seats available for the package you’ve ordered.

Q: What if I can’t attend the particular performance my Season Tickets are for?
A: That’s one of the many terrific privileges offered only to our CLO Season Ticket Buyers! You may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show...no problem! Ticket exchanges can be processed after individual tickets go on sale in April, 2018.

Q: What is Season Ticket Standby?
A: CLO is proud to offer another benefit with your Season Ticket Package. We call it Season Ticket Standby. If you miss a CLO show, you can go to the Benedum Center Box Office one-half hour before another performance (of that same show) and exchange your unused season tickets for best available seating. (Excludes ON YOUR FEET!)

Q: When will I receive my tickets?
A: Your tickets will arrive in the mail beginning in spring 2018.

Q: What is Swap a Show?
A:  Season Ticket Holders can swap tickets from one show to another. Applies to 6-Show Season Ticket Holders only, restrictions apply.

Q: Can I give CLO Season Tickets as a gift?
A: You sure can! There’s no better way to say “Happy Anniversary!” “Happy Birthday!” “Happy Secretary’s Day!” “Happy Mother or Father’s Day!” or “Surprise!” than to give a 3 or 6-Show Season Ticket Package to CLO’s Summer Season! And CLO Season Ticket holders receive the greatest benefits!

Q: Are CLO venues accessible?
A: Each of the CLO’s performance venues — Benedum Center, Byham Theater, and CLO Cabaret -- are accessible. Please click here for more detailed information about Accessibility.

Q: Are CLO performances appropriate for children?
A: The CLO is pleased that you are encouraging your children to embrace the wonder and magic of live musical theater! Please note that some shows contain mature content, language or themes. As a parent, you are the only person qualified to determine what is appropriate for your child however, tickets may NOT be purchased for children under the age of 3.  To help you make an informed decision, we encourage you to seek additional information on each show you consider attending.
